On November 21st at 8:30PM, Pioneer RESA will be broadcasting the 3rd Annual "A Parent's Guide to Raising Digital Natives" Facebook LIVE event covering the LATEST and most trending topics that are relevant to teens and children, such as Gaming, Social Media, Security, Privacy.


Mrs. Christian took her AV Tech students for a tour of the Mercedes Benz Stadium today where they learned how new state-of-the-art technology is used on the largest video screen scoreboard in the NFL. Additionally, students enjoyed the opportunity of networking with professionals as they learned about how to pursue careers in Sports Media or Broadcasting!

Red Ribbon Week October 23-31. Red Ribbon Week is a national drug prevention campaign that began in 1988. Today, the red ribbon serves as a catalyst to mobilize communities to educate youth and encourage participation in drug prevention activities.
This week LCHS students have the opportunity to sign a drug free pledge and have their name entered to win prizes at the end of the week.
Next week will be Red Ribbon Spirit Week. All students are encouraged to participate.
Monday 28th- Rally in Red (wear red)
Tuesday 29th- Team Up Against Drugs (wear favorite sports team apparel)
Wednesday 30th- Wake Up Drug Free (pajama day)
Thursday 31st - Black out Drugs (wear black)

LCHS upperclassman enjoyed visiting the Probe Fair today. With more than 55 colleges in attendance from all over Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, Florida and even one college from Indiana, students enjoyed the opportunity to talk with Admission Counselors about the application process and vast array of undergraduate programs available to them.
