Mrs. Self’s second grade class learned about the history of the Macy’s day parade by reading the book Balloons Over Broadway. Then the students created their own balloon and paraded around the school!  Happy Thanksgiving!

We loved celebrating red ribbon week last week and declaring that LBES students will be drug free and help encourage others to stay away from drugs. These students won the poster contest with their creative drug free messages. Great work, guys!
