Senior Class of 2020 Announcement: To say that we are proud of you, is an understatement. You are setting an example of being incredibly resilient and tenacious conquerors for all who follow in your footsteps. Mr. Kirk has planned a special surprise for each of you. He has orchestrated the design and production of a unique yard sign for each senior that will be placed in Dahlonega for all to see. We are excited to publicly recognize each of you as a member of the AMAZING Class of 2020.

Congratulations to Ansley Jordan (Visual Arts) and Piper Spraker (Physics) for being named finalists for Georgia’s Governor’s Honors Program! Piper and Ansley were 2 of the 600 high school students selected for this residency program at Berry College this summer. #TR1BE

If you are caught up with your class work and ready for a great book to read, we want to help! Go to the tiny url below and search our online library inventory. When you find a book you want to read, email the media specialist: betsy.brown@lumpkinschools.com. Mrs. Brown will check the book out to you, disinfect the covers, put it in a bag with your name on it, and leave it for you at the front office. Mrs. Brown will email you when your book is ready, and you or a parent can pick it up between 10am - 1pm. Books will be due when we return to school (fingers crossed that's soon!).
Happy reading!
