School Librarian Appreciation Day may be April 4, but we are celebrating Mrs. Fouts TODAY! She works hard to make our media center an inviting place to be and helps our BRAVES develop a love for reading. We are thankful for Mrs. Fouts and all she does, today, April 4, and EVERY DAY!

Paraprofessional Appreciation Day falls during Spring Break, but we just can't wait until April 3 to let these AMAZING ladies know what they mean to LBES! We are so thankful for each of them and hope they feel extra LOVED today!

It sure doesn't feel like it outside right now, but spring break is just around the corner! Mark your calendars!

We are just a few short weeks away from our LBES Drama Club's performance of Annie Kids! These students have been working on this show since September and we are sure it's going to be OUTSTANDING! Be sure to join us to see these talented BRAVES perform!

Remember, next week is winter break and there will be no school for students or teachers. We will see all our BRAVES back on February 26!

Hat day is THIS Friday! Bring your dollar and your hat! All proceeds benefit our 5th grade's upcoming field trip to Zoo Atlanta!

Class picture day is coming in just two weeks! You can pre-purchase a picture for $10. Order forms will be coming home in the next few days, so be on the lookout and be sure to wear your BEST smile on January 31!

Can you believe that Christmas break is almost here?! Next week, December 11-15, we will enjoy a holiday spirit week as we gear up for our break! Remember that the 15th is an early release day and we'll dismiss at 11:30. Students will be on break from December 16-January 3. Students will return on January 4 ready for an AWESOME kick off to the new year!

This Friday is another hat day fundraiser for our 5th graders!
