Transition from Powerschool to Infinite Campus

Over the next few months, Lumpkin County Schools will be transitioning to a new student information system. Infinite Campus will be replacing PowerSchool. Through this process, access to the parent/student portal will not be active for a period of time. Once the process is complete, each parent and student will be given an access code for logging into the new
portal. The student/parent portal is web based. A free Mobile Portal App will be available through the App store and through Google Play. Parents and students will be able to see grades, schedules, and request updates to student information through the portal. Schedules for the 2018-2019 school year will be mailed. LCHS anticipates mailing schedules on July 9, and
LCMS will tentatively mail on July 11. Elementary schools will be mailing postcards with information from your child’s homeroom teacher on July 24. Due to implementing the new student information system, progress reports will be printed and sent home the first nine weeks of school. Subsequent
progress reports will be available online through the Infinite Campus portal. Additional information and updates will be communicated through school websites and auto-call messaging.
